Recently started playing again after cracking 2 ribs in April . On Monday, Dicken played EPS and in one challenge I received an elbow to the head & a stamp on my right foot. I’ve just returned home from Terveystalo after x-rays… badly bruised middle toe but 2 broken smaller toes . I’ll try & hide my anger but it was an ice hockey challenge on the football pitch . I will now take time away from football … I sincerely apologise for backing out of training on Tuesday nights something I’ve really enjoyed. Pete

Jone / Tommi … thanks so much for your kind words . Injuries are always a risk on the football pitch especially at our age ;) but what angers & disappoints me the most is the intent and aggression of the challenge. That has no place on the football pitch at any level or age.
